Douglas Gittings

Doug is a qualified civil engineer with over 12 years’ experience leading site teams on large-scale construction projects, such as London’s Heathrow Terminal 5. In 2006, Doug decided to turn his hand to the residential market and soon after, realised his dream of starting his own development company – Tricam Construction.

Over the years Doug has learnt to navigate the often-unique London / Greater London development industry. He has undertaken projects ranging from new builds through to smaller redecorations, learning each time just how vastly different each project is and how unique each of his client’s requirements are.

Doug brings with him a sound technical understanding of the building industry, an immense amount of practical experience of how best to tackle the job and a keen eye for detail. He is passionate about maintaining Tricam’s solid reputation in the market and will go out of his way to ensure that his clients are satisfied, and his jobs are all a reference. .

Duncan Johnstone

Duncan holds a B.Com degree in Business Management and over 16 years’ experience in the residential property arena. He is an experienced site and project manager where his role sees him interacting closely with his client, his build team and the various suppliers.  His view is that communication, honesty and a degree of agility are absolutely key to ensuring that his jobs run on time and on budget. Duncan has a good eye for detail and is passionate about delivering projects to the highest standard.

Our Tradesmen

Our team of Tricam Construction tradesman are the foundation of our business and comprises of highly skilled Carpenters, Painters, Plasterers, Plumbers, Electricians, Bricklayers and Labourers. Much of the team has worked together for many years and have been part of the Tricam journey from the very beginning. We frequently receive feedback that our team are friendly, professional, tidy and always willing to go that extra mile.
