Why location matters for your project

Every area has its own quirks — local planning requirements, party wall considerations, drainage conditions, and Building Control processes that vary by council. Because we work consistently across South West London, we know the site conditions to plan for before work starts. For example, some properties in East Sheen have separate wastewater and rainwater systems, which changes how drainage needs to be connected.
